Information the portal collects
ResolutionHub may collect information you provide in a report, such as your name, contact details, role as a consumer or merchant, merchant or business details, incident description, requested remedy, and information needed to assess the report.
When you attach evidence, the portal may collect the file name, file type, size, and the contents of submitted receipts, screenshots, photographs, or PDFs. The portal may also collect standard technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as device, browser, and request data.
How information is used
ResolutionHub uses report information to operate the intake process, assess whether a submission is germane, request missing evidence, communicate status, detect misuse, improve issue categories, and support an authorized resolution or routing process.
Private submissions are not intended to become public complaint posts. Public issue content, if introduced later, should be based on approved and de-identified aggregate patterns or already-public sources, subject to a separate publication policy.
How information may be shared
ResolutionHub may share information with authorized service providers that support hosting, storage, security, communications, and case operations. Evidence files are stored in the portal's private storage workflow and are not publicly accessible.
ResolutionHub forwards a report or attachment to a merchant, intermediary, regulator, payment provider, or other third party only when the user has authorized that routing or when another lawful basis applies. The intake flow states the forwarding scope before it occurs.
Evidence safeguards
The portal accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, and WEBP evidence files, up to 10MB each and up to five files per report. Each file is checked against its declared type by inspecting its actual file signature, not just its stated file extension or MIME type, before it is accepted for storage. Users should not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary government identity documents.
The portal does not currently run dedicated malware scanning or automated abuse-rate limiting on evidence uploads. These are planned hardening items, not yet implemented; until then, evidence access is restricted to the admin review queue behind an authenticated login.
Retention and user requests
ResolutionHub has not yet adopted a fixed retention period for reports, evidence, communications, backups, or security logs. Records are currently kept until an admin closes and removes a case from the review queue.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted data, email legal@resolutionhub.online with enough detail to locate your report (such as the case reference, submission date, or contact email used). Requests are handled manually and are subject to legitimate recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising placeholders
The portal includes inactive placeholders for Google Search Console verification, Google AdSense, and Google Ads configuration. They do not operate until the relevant identifiers and scripts are intentionally activated.
Before activating analytics, advertising, or conversion technologies, the operator will confirm notice, consent, opt-out, cookie, and jurisdictional requirements and update this statement to identify the technologies actually in use.
Contact and updates
Privacy questions, notices, and data requests can be sent to legal@resolutionhub.online. ResolutionHub will update this statement when its collection, sharing, retention, or technology practices materially change.
