Terms of Service

These terms describe the role of ResolutionHub as a private intake and resolution-routing portal for consumer and merchant reports.

Operator-published policy, not yet attorney-reviewed. These pages reflect the portal's actual current data practices. Treat them as operational documentation rather than certified legal advice until a qualified attorney completes a formal review.
01

Platform role

ResolutionHub provides tools to help users describe an incident, attach evidence, and seek a structured next step. ResolutionHub is not the merchant, merchant program, regulator, payment provider, insurer, court, or law firm unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund, a merchant response, a particular remedy, publication, or any finding that an allegation is true.

02

Permitted use

You may use the portal to submit a good-faith consumer or merchant report, to provide evidence relevant to that report, and to check the status of a case where access is authorized.

  • Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and complete.
  • Use only evidence you are permitted to share.
  • Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, unnecessary identity documents, malware, or abusive material.
  • Do not use the portal to harass, threaten, impersonate another person, evade a merchant process, or make knowingly false allegations.
03

Evidence and submissions

You remain responsible for the information and files you submit. ResolutionHub may review submissions for completeness, safety, relevance, and misuse; request additional information; decline non-germane submissions; or preserve records where appropriate.

By submitting a report, you authorize ResolutionHub to process the report and attachments as described in the Privacy Statement. If you request that a report be forwarded to a merchant or another resolution channel, ResolutionHub may seek separate confirmation or apply the forwarding authorization presented in the intake flow.

04

No legal, financial, or investigative guarantee

Portal guidance is operational information, not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. ResolutionHub does not promise to independently verify every statement, compel a business to act, or resolve every dispute. Users should consider qualified professional or regulatory guidance when the matter involves significant legal, financial, safety, or time-sensitive consequences.

05

Service availability and changes

The portal may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. ResolutionHub may update these terms when the service model, law, or operational practices change; continued use of the portal after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

06

Contact and governing terms

ResolutionHub is operated from the State of New Mexico. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the portal that is not otherwise resolved is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico (Albuquerque).

Questions or notices relating to these Terms should be directed to legal@resolutionhub.online.
